hi,
love that picture of the mt. province capitol. i'm glad its getting some promo. it was about to be demolished five/six years ago but the people in bontoc protested because they want it preserved for posterity. i'm now glad they did :-)
Yes, I'm glad they did. But we found out the governor replaced the old wooden windows just this April. Sayang!
