Tomas Morato Street in Quezon City has become one of Metro Manila food havens. A new restaurant called Amano Bistro and Bar will be opening soon (in front of Mang Inasal). And we got a sneak preview of the Southern Tagalog fusion food they will have in their menu.Among my favorites were the Laing ala Pinangat and the Cavite Monggo Soup. I definitely enjoyed the food. But the test a good restaurant is how good the food is when it's fully operational. So we look forward to what's in store.
